De huidige overeenkomst voor de brandverzekering voor 6 VVE’s die hieronder genoemd worden en de inboedelverzekering voor de Pandhuisdienst lopen op 1 januari 2027 af. - VVE Leyweg; - VVE Wittebrug; - VVE Leidschenveen/Ypenburg; - VVE Stadhuiscomplex; - VVE Sportcampus Zuiderpark; - VVE Stadion ADO Den Haag en - Inboedel SZW Pandhuisdient. Doelstelling is om per perceel een brandverzekering af te sluiten met zoveel opdrachtnemers als nodig, om te komen tot de volledige dekking van de verzekeringen. Het is Inschrijvers toegestaan op meerdere percelen in te schrijven en gegund te krijgen.
