The Norwegian Public Roads Administration c/o National Tourist Roads (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) wishes to enter into a framework agreement with architects (ARK), landscape architects (LARK) and consultant engineers for construction (RIB) for designing tourist road projects in the period 2027-2030. The agreement includes new viewpoints and picnic places and upgrading and renewal of existing points.
