Deze aanbesteding heeft betrekking op circa 170 installaties (12-tal vastgoed-objecten) waarvan de werktuigbouwkundige (klimaat)installaties moeten worden onderhouden. De gemeente Oirschot wil per 1 januari 2027 beschikken over een raamovereenkomst voor dit onderhoud. De scope van de raamovereenkomst omvat correctief onderhoud, preventief onderhoud (inclusief planmatig onder-houd, wettelijke keuringen SCIOS scope 1 t/m 7, emissiemetingen NOx, CO, planmatige SCIOS inspecties gasinstallaties, herstellen van schades en vervanging (delen) installaties op basis van het MJOP.
