Binnen de Provincie Limburg ontstaan jaarlijks enkele vacatures van directie en management, in de schalen 13 tot en met 18, die niet intern of via de Interne arbeidsmarkt kunnen worden ingevuld. Tot nog toe volgt per vacature die we niet intern kunnen invullen een aanbesteding om een searchbureau in te schakelen. Om efficiency redenen is besloten tot een Europese aanbesteding voor het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met maximaal drie executive searchbureaus, ter ondersteuning van de werving en selectie procedures voor directie en managementfuncties in schaal 13 t/m 18.
