This agreement is a dynamic purchasing system (DIO) that makes it easier to provide contractor services, machines and equipment as needed. The main aim is that Arendal municipality can easily secure the correct competence and machines/equipment that can supplement municipal work teams when their own capacity is not sufficient. The offered services and equipment shall be adapted to municipal assignments.
