Die Vergabe findet mittels teilfunktionaler Leistungsbeschreibung mit Leistungsverzeichnis statt. Im Folgenden wird dies vereinfacht als 'Leistungsverzeichnis' oder 'LV' benannt. Im Titel 01 angeboten werden soll die schlüsselfertige Herstellung des Werks, dessen Lieferung sowie ggf. der notwendige Umtransport auf der Baustelle, die Montage vor Ort und der Notdienst während des Festbetriebs. Das Hofbräu-Festzelt soll nach der Wiesn rückgebaut, eingelagert und für den Aufbau im nachfolgenden Jahr vorbereitet werden.
