Das Schillerplatzareal in Iserlohn befindet sich im Zentrum der Stadt und stellt eine der wichtigsten Entwicklungsflächen im Rahmen der städtischen Erneuerungsstrategie dar. Ziel ist es, die städtebauliche Qualität und die Nutzungsvielfalt im Innenstadtbereich nachhaltig zu verbessern und die Funktion des Schillerplatzes als urbanes Zentrum zu stärken.
